Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Empower Self Harmony (E.S.H.)

At Empower Self Harmony (“E.S.H.”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we aim to make our coaching and counselling services straightforward, fair, and transparent. This Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policy explains how payments are processed, what happens if sessions are cancelled or missed, and how refunds are handled.

1. Payment Terms

All sessions and packages require full payment before the session begins. Payments can be made via PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer, and your session is only confirmed once the payment is received. Ensuring payment in advance allows us to dedicate our full attention to your coaching experience.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your choice to work with E.S.H. If after your first session you feel it does not meet your expectations, you may request a partial refund.

This gives you a risk-free opportunity to experience our services, while acknowledging that personal growth depends on your engagement and commitment.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a session by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust schedules and offer the slot to other clients.

  • Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are generally not applicable.

  • Late cancellations may not be refunded, as we commit that time exclusively to you.

Rescheduling is flexible where possible, provided sufficient notice is given.

4. Missed / No-Show Sessions

Missing a session without prior notice may result in the session being forfeited, but we allow one reschedule per missed session, depending on availability. Repeated missed sessions may not be rescheduled.

We recommend setting reminders and committing to your schedule to make the most of your coaching journey.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are partial and reviewed individually. Full refunds are only applicable under the first-session satisfaction guarantee. To request a refund:

  • Email info@empowerselfharmony.com

  • Provide details of your session and reason for the request

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method

Refunds for multi-session packages are also partial and depend on the number of sessions completed.

6. Packages & Bulk Sessions

For clients purchasing multiple sessions, each session is treated individually under this policy. Sessions can be rescheduled according to availability, but unused sessions may be partially refunded at our discretion.

7. International Clients

Clients paying from outside the UK are responsible for any currency conversion fees or additional bank charges. Regardless of location, payment must be received in full before the session is delivered.

8. Client Responsibility

Your progress depends entirely on your engagement. Brian provides guidance, tools, and support, but results are determined by your actions and dedication.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms. This ensures clarity for both sides and allows coaching to remain focused and productive.
